REGISTRATION:
Pre-registration is required.Ā Whether attending in-person or via Zoom, the general registration rate is $110 and the government/nonprofit rate is $55. We now have a reduced rate of $25 for both in-person and livestreaming for full-time students, young professionals under 25 years old, and retirees.
In-person attendance and live webstreaming are free for employees of our Sponsor organizations, but registration is required.
Free in-person registration for Sponsors is limited due by the size of the venue. If you are an employee of one of our Sponsors, please check with your organization before registering for in-person attendance to make sure its allotment of free seats hasn’t been depleted.
If a Sponsor organization has used up its free ticket allotment, any additional employees can register at the government/non-profit rate if tickets are still available.
When registering at the free Sponsor rate you MUST use a work email address from one of our Sponsor organizations. See the Sponsor logo page to confirm your organization’s Sponsorship.
Registrants for Livestreaming will receive an email with streaming coordinates by 1pm the day before the Roundtable.
The on-demand video will be available to stream about a week after the Roundtable. Registration information will be posted on our website along with slides, speaker bios and other materials from the event. This will be free for Sponsors and for anyone who paid to attend in person or to livestream. On-demand viewing costs $55 for non-Sponsors.
